English and his assistant travelled to the south of France to investigate the hacks which is believed to have originated from there, and meets Volton at a restaurant. After managing to steal his mobile phone, however, they accidentally burned down the restaurant. From the phone they deduced that the hacks came from a boat called the Dot Calm, which they managed to board but was discovered and captured by a woman.
Managing to escape, they found the data centre, placed a tracker and manages to get off the boat. Meanwhile, the prime minister was impressed by Volton’s capabilities of modern technology which managed to solve some of the cyber attacks in Britain.
